WELCOME

Dear colleagues, dear friends,

on behalf of the ESPD and the “Arbeitsgemeinschaft Pädiatrische Dermatologie e.V. in der DDG” it is a great pleasure for me to welcome you as the President of the 21st ESPD Annual Meeting to be held from 20 – 22 May 2022 in Munich, Germany.

An excellent scientific programme is our goal and the best speakers in the field of pediatric dermatology are addressed to join us in Munich. The programme will be organised into two parallel sessions as usual, and it offers the opportunity for participating delegates to present at this meeting via submitted abstracts for oral and poster presentation.

Munich is the capital of Bavaria, located amid the breath-taking lakes and alpine foothills, with the Isar river flowing all the way from the Alps to the heart of the city. It is a cosmopolitan, ultra-modern and leading business city, home to three universities, top companies and 1.5 million people, with a tradition of hospitality. In addition, the Munich International Airport is within easy reach.

We hope that both the scientific programme and the opportunity to finally meet again with colleagues and friends will bring you to our meeting.
